AR Mobile ERP ("the App") is a mobile application designed to integrate with Odoo ERP systems, allowing users to access and use Odoo modules through a mobile experience, including attendance verification, workforce management, and related enterprise operations.
The App can only be used with compatible Odoo ERP systems that have the required AR Mobile ERP modules installed by the organization.
This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, processes, and protects user information.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The App may collect and process the following information:
a. Account Information
- Username
- Employee name
- Company-related account information
- Session authentication data
b. Face Verification Data
The App uses the device camera for face verification during attendance check-in and check-out processes.
Depending on company configuration, the system may process:
- Facial embeddings/templates
- Face verification confidence scores
- Face verification status
The App does not permanently store or transmit raw face photos for attendance verification purposes unless explicitly configured by the organization for enrollment or verification workflows.
Most face verification processing is performed locally on the user's device.
Face templates/embeddings are mathematical representations used for verification purposes and are not raw face images.
c. Camera Access
The App requires camera access to:
- Perform face enrollment
- Perform face verification
- Support liveness challenge detection
d. Location Information
If enabled by the organization, the App may collect:
• GPS coordinates
• Attendance location validation data
Location data is used solely for attendance verification purposes.
e. Device Information
The App may collect:
- Device ID
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Application version
This information is used for security, troubleshooting, and attendance verification.
f. Attendance Data
The App may store:
- Check-in/check-out timestamps
- Attendance verification status
- Attendance logs
- Verification confidence values
g. Device Permissions
The App may request device permissions required for attendance verification and ERP functionality, including camera, location, and network access permissions.
h. Additional information
The App may additionally process:
- NFC checkpoint identifiers used for security patrol verification
- Offline attendance, kiosk attendance, and security patrol records temporarily stored on the device until synchronization with the connected Odoo ERP server is completed
Offline data is stored solely for operational continuity and attendance verification purposes.
i. Voice and Video Communication
If enabled by the organization, the App may provide internal communication features such as:
- Voice calls
- Video calls
- Internal company discussions and meetings
To support these features, the App may request:
- Microphone access
- Camera access
- Audio/video communication permissions
Audio and video access is used only during active communication sessions initiated by the user or organization workflows.
The App does not continuously record audio or video in the background without user interaction.
The collected information is used for:
- Employee attendance verification
- Face recognition and liveness validation
- Security and fraud prevention
- Attendance logging and auditing
- Odoo ERP integration
- Access to Odoo ERP modules and services
- Troubleshooting and technical support
- To support internal company communication features such as voice calls, video calls, and discussion channels
The App uses face recognition technology to help prevent fraudulent attendance activity.
Security measures may include:
- Liveness challenge detection
- Same-face continuity validation
- Local face recognition processing
- Anti-photo spoofing protections
The App is designed to minimize unauthorized attendance submissions.
Face templates/embeddings are mathematical representations and are not intended to reconstruct original face images.
Data may be stored:
- Locally on the device
- On the organization's Odoo ERP server
Data transmitted between the App and server uses secure HTTPS connections whenever supported by the server configuration.
Voice and video communications may be transmitted through the connected Odoo ERP communication services or related communication infrastructure configured by the organization.
We do not sell personal information.
Data is only shared:
- With the organization operating the ERP system
- As required for attendance and Odoo ERP functionality
- When required by applicable law
Users are responsible for:
- Protecting their login credentials
- Using the App in accordance with company policies
- Reporting unauthorized access or misuse
Attendance and verification data may be retained according to the organization's internal policies and legal obligations.
Retention periods are controlled by the organization operating the ERP server.
The App is intended for organizational and employee use only and is not directed toward children.
