Delete Your Arfint Mini ERP Account

Arfint Mini ERP users may request permanent deletion of their app account and associated personal data. If your account is managed by an employer or another organization, Arfint may need to coordinate with its authorized administrator because the organization controls the connected Odoo records.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@arfint.com with the subject Mini ERP Account Deletion.
- Include your registered email, company or organization name, and employee or user name.
- State whether you request deletion of the Mini ERP account only or both the account and associated personal data.
Do not send your password, face image, biometric template or other authentication secret.
What Happens Next
Arfint will verify your identity and, for organization-managed accounts, confirm authorization with the organization. Access may be suspended while the request is reviewed. We will confirm the outcome and expected completion time. Once completed, deletion cannot be reversed; a new account may require approval from the organization.
Data We Delete
Where Arfint controls the data, we will delete or anonymize the account profile, authentication data, active sessions and associated app data that are not required to be retained.
Data That May Be Retained
Customer-controlled Odoo records may be deleted, anonymized, archived or retained according to the organization’s instructions. Accounting, attendance, audit, security, fraud-prevention, legal-claim and backup records may be retained for legitimate legal or operational requirements. Retained data remains access-restricted and is deleted or anonymized according to the applicable retention schedule.
Organization-Managed Accounts
Deleting Mini ERP access does not automatically remove every record from the organization’s Odoo database. Contact the organization or ERP administrator if you also want to exercise rights relating to customer-controlled Odoo records.
