AR Mobile ERP is a mobile application integrated with Odoo ERP systems, allowing users to access and use Odoo modules and enterprise services through a mobile experience, including attendance verification.

The App can only be used with compatible Odoo ERP systems that have the required AR Mobile ERP modules installed by the organization.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the App only for authorized business purposes
• Maintain the security of their devices and credentials
• Notify the organization or administrator of unauthorized access

The App is designed to integrate with Odoo ERP systems provided and managed by the organization.

Available features and modules may vary depending on:

• Organization configuration
• Odoo version
• Installed modules
• Access permissions

The App may use:

• Device camera access
• Face verification
• GPS and multi-location validation
• Liveness detection
• Anti-spoofing protection
• NFC checkpoint verification for security patrol features

Most face verification processing is performed locally on the user’s device.

Certain attendance and security patrol features may continue operating in offline mode and synchronize with the connected Odoo ERP server once connectivity becomes available.

These features are intended solely for attendance verification, security patrol operations, and organizational purposes.

Users agree not to attempt to bypass or manipulate attendance verification, patrol verification, location validation, liveness detection, anti-spoofing protection, or NFC checkpoint mechanisms.

Users must not attempt to bypass face verification or liveness detection mechanisms using photos, videos, recordings, fake GPS locations, cloned NFC tags, or other fraudulent methods.

The App may provide internal communication features including:

• Voice calls

• Video calls

• Internal discussion channels

These features are intended solely for legitimate organizational and business communication purposes.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and organizational policies regarding audio and video communications.

Users must not use the App for:

• Unauthorized recording

• Harassment

• Illegal surveillance

• Fraudulent activities

• Sharing prohibited content

Camera and microphone access are only intended for communication features initiated by the user or organization workflows.

Users may use the App only for lawful and authorized organizational purposes.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the App
• Disrupt or damage services
• Use fake attendance methods
• Share unauthorized access credentials

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Users acknowledge that attendance, verification, and operational data may be processed as part of ERP and attendance functionality.

The App is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Availability may depend on:

• Internet connection
• Device compatibility
• Server availability
• Organization ERP infrastructure

All rights, trademarks, logos, software, and related materials associated with AR Mobile ERP remain the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce App materials without authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Mobile ERP and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruption
• Unauthorized access
• Device issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

Organizations are responsible for managing and securing their ERP infrastructure and operational policies.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions become effective once published.

Organizations or administrators may suspend or terminate user access at any time according to internal company policies.

Users agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
